Eight different descriptions of hot oil pump and cold oil pump

The eight differences between a hot oil pump and a cold oil pump are as follows:

  1. The model of the hot oil pump is generally indicated by the letter R , and the cold oil pump is indicated by the letter J.

   2. The hot oil pump body adopts vertical segmentation type, while the pump body of the cold oil pump adopts horizontal open type. Some hot oil pumps have a structure that prevents the center line of the pump body from moving.

   3. The gap between the hot oil pump port ring is large. The cold oil pump is small.

4 , the general hot oil pump sealing mechanism is sealed oil, and the cold oil pump does not note.

5 , the hot oil pump material is mostly carbon steel, alloy steel, and the cold oil pump can be cast iron.

   6. The bearings of the hot oil pump, the bearing box and the mechanical seal of the packing box need to be cooled by water, and the cold oil pump can be omitted.

   7. The hot oil pump needs to be preheated before starting, and the cold oil pump is the same as the cold oil pump.

   8. The temperature is below 200 degrees Celsius for the cold oil pump, and above 200 degrees Celsius for the hot oil pump.
